The outfit starts with a yellow hooded jumpsuit. There is yellow trim on the cuffs, and Powerline's symbol is printed on the chest. The hood gives you Powerline's face and gravity-defying hairstyle without covering your face. Black boot covers transform your favorite footwear to match the outfit, and the belt adds just the right detail. And of course, you'll need a pair of white gloves, which are included to complete the costume.
