Perfect a Celia costume with our exclusive Celia Plush Hat! The officially licensed accessory starts with a purple and magenta foam-backed cap. Atop its domed shape, five fiber-filled snakes made of matching scale-patterned purple fabric are attached and styled as if raising their heads. A snake rattle hangs in the front of the cap, imitating Celia's "bangs." Meanwhile, the magenta cap-front features an embroidered eye with long lashes and a blue iris.

Average sized female, with average sized head. This does not fit me. I will need to modify it in some way to make it work. The item itself says for ages 3+. And while it does fit my 2 year old nicely, it's not meant for her. I'm quite disappointed that it does not fit an adult like it is advertised.Was this review helpful to you?
