Height 74 pounds | Weight 74 pounds | Size MediumI had to bring the jacket to a seamstress to have the sleeves adjusted. The crinoline fabric in the sleeves is so itchy she couldn't keep it on for more than a few seconds. Even with a long sleeve underneath it was unbearable.
