- Tunic has hook & loop fastener at shoulders
- Tunic outer shell is velour & metallic knit; lining is jersey knit
- Fiberfill padding between shell & lining is meant to look like frosting
- Multicolored embroidered "sprinkles"
- Pleated metallic knit is meant to look like a cupcake liner
- Fabric covered velour headband has soft sculpted cherry on top w/ chenille wire stem
