Yes! You’ve made it through the returns process and now it’s our turn to play the waiting game while you return your package to us.
All that’s left to do is print off the packing slip and return label and ship your return back to us. It’s super easy!

Once your package arrives, it will go into the hands of our return elves. We got them from Santa back in the ‘90s after he stopped accepting returns. Unfortunately, they tend to let their minds wander when confronted with shiny objects. As a result, it may take between 2 and 4 weeks for your return to be fully processed. The times around and right after Halloween tend to be sequin-heavy, so it takes our elves a little longer to get through everything. Just be patient and know that we’re getting through everything.
