I read some other reviews before ordering that said they ran small so I ordered a size up and glad I did!. The large which says size 12-14 will fit my 9yr old ok but it would be pushing it to get it on my 11yr old. The hat is made for a doll, would fit a baby, maybe a 4yr old but no way it will fit either of my kids. I'll have to cut it and add and adjustable strap at the back to make it through Halloween. Material is ok, nothing special but will work.Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend.Was this review helpful to you?
