Design & Details
Prepare for an ultra-comfortable stroll down memory lane, and right on to Sesame Street, when you dress in our exclusive Big Bird costume for adults! The Made By Us costume transforms fans into Sesame Street's favorite feathered Muppet with just four thoughtfully designed pieces.
The costume starts with a soft faux fur tunic with billowy sleeves. An attached hood with printed eyes and an appliqued beak, and a large fan-shaped tail inspired by Big Bird's plumage is attached to the back. When layered over the leggings featuring soft-sculpted rings from thigh to ankle, Big Bird's familiar silhouette is fully recognizable.
Complete the ensemble with the shoe covers and the attached hand flaps. The bird-feet-shaped shoe covers secure behind ankles with hook and loop fastener and elastic under the shoe, ensuring that your preferred footwear blends in with the character. Meanwhile, the three-fingered flaps sewn to the sleeve cuffs turn hands into feathers that stay in place with a simple elastic band across the palm.
