What a mess to put together! The hoops are too long for each section. We had to be 2 to manage the skirt. We also had to cut some plastic to make it fit. In the end, it seems ok but we’ll see with time if the fabric stretches a little.
Also, my waist is 40 inches, but the waist band is big.Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend.Was this review helpful to you?
